Our Wedding Package includes an optional right of each category, all the guests eat the same dishes in addition to possible allergies.

Entrees

  • South by season : Seafood soup , vegetable soup , nettle soup or jordärtkockssoppa with seafood ball and mini scones, muffins.
  • Shellfish pastry with cream cheese and lime on homemade brown bread and arugula oil.
  • Beef carpaccio with tomato salad, grated fresh parmesan, herb oil and white bread stick
  • Mini game wallenbergare on buttered toast topped with lingonberries and conditioner glace

Main Courses

  • Baked trout fillet with Pernod sauce , butter fried fresh mushrooms and fennel with lemon potato top
  • Lamb fillet with wax beans and bacon in tomato salsa, timjansmörsås , potato cake with Västerbotten cheese or tomato risotto
  • Roast fillet of veal with rödvinssmörssås , buttered crispy sugar snap peas and potatoes and purjolöksquiche
  • Roast wild fillet with lingonberry sauce , potato cake , roasted rotsaktcréme

Dessert

  • Creamy dark chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse and fresh berries rommarinerade Strawberry pannacotta served in glasses decorated with fresh strawberries, cream and lime sugar.
  • Warm apple cake with caramel sauce and white chocolate parfait .
  • Hallonbrûlé with star anise marinated melon and pineapple and chocolate chips
